Light set.

Twice, as usual.  The worked with Zach some one-on-one

Worked with Marvin on his set.

Worked with Marvin on 1-3 of Ju Nana Hon Kata

Aftermath:

Was light-headed at the end of normal class.  Light concussion at some point?  Not drinking enough water?  Too long off the mat?
