Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 7/13/12

Aikido players:  Tim, Trey, Troy, Dan the Elder, and Mario

Ukemi:

Got in a full set. 

The Walk:

Twice, as usual

Releases:

Watched Trey and Mario work, and Troy and Dan work

Techniques:

Mario did some work on Shomen-ate.  Dan did some work on 6-9.

Troy then ran through all of the stuff for a Shodan demo with multiple ukes.  He'll be demoing in 2 weeks.
