Aikido Thursday Night - 3/8/2012

Ukemi:

A small set of right-sided rolls. I hope to test out left-sided rolls tonight on or softer rolling mats.

The Walk:

Not tonight

Releases:

It went pretty well tonight. Minor delays at the usual spots.

Techniques:

We managed to work on 5, 6, 7, and 8 from Ju Nana Hon Kata. Ushiro-ate was the troublesome one tonight. The others went pretty well.

Aftermath:

The injured toe did not complain much.
