Aikido Friday Night - 3/2/2012

Aikido players: Trey, Kim, Sal, Reese, and Steve (Roderick was on the sidelines watching as he was not feeling up-to-snuff)

Ukemi:

Light right-sided

The Walk:

Twice as usual and then I spent a fair amount of time with Steve.

Releases:

No work for me tonight on releases.

Techniques:

Kim did a bunch of work with Sal. They made it through all 10 of Ju Nana Hon Kata. I jumped in at the very end and Sal and I made it through 1, 2, and 3 before the end of class.

Aftermath:

Toe is still there.
