Aikido players: Tim, Trey, Brad, Dan, Tyler, Amanda, and Roderick

Ukemi:

Did left-sided falls.  Left ankle is severely bruised so landing on it is painful.

The Walk:

Twice and then worked with Tyler and Amanda a bit.

Watched over Tyler and Amanda

Techniques:

Did a brief amount of punch the dummy with Tyler and Amanda
