Aikido Friday Night - 9/16/11

Aikido players: Tim, Trey, and Sal

Ukemi:

Did left-sided falls.  Left ankle is still a little swollen.

Watched over Sal and Trey

Techniques:

Worked with Sal on Ushiro-ate.  Trey and I alternated as uke to give Sal different heights to work with.  I'm a real pain to work with on this technique.
