Aikido Friday Night - 04/09/10

Aikidokas: Tim, Trey, and Sal.

Ukemi: Full warm-up, no big falls.

The Walk: Only once.

Releases: None.

Techniques:

We all worked on Sal and getting him some more time working on Shomen-ate and the Aigamae-ate. We had some minor breakthroughs and he is progressing.  He's going to get a lot more attention now that Trey and I are done for a bit.

Trey and I did some work on the first few of Koryu Dai San for him.
