Aikidokas: Tim, Greg, Trey, Brad and Keith.

The Walk: One at normal speed and one at high speed. Whee!

I then spend a good bit of the session working with Keith and Brad on the latter portions of the walk

Releases: Worked with Brad and Keith, introducing Keith to the first three releases and running through all of them with Brad.
