Aikido players:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls.

Twice. And then some one-on-one with David

Releases:

Willie and Laura ran through theirs.

Techniques:

W & L worked on Sumi otoshi, Mae otoshi, and Shihonage. David and I spent the evening on Shomen-ate.
