Aikido Friday Night – 7/5/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Willie, and Laura.

Ukemi:

Basic slaps, normal forward rolls.

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Willie and Laura ran through all of theirs, no Ki Harry.

Techniques:

Hiki Otoshi, Gyaku gamae-ate, and Ushiro-ate.

Commentary:

Willie was feeling ok, so we went back to falls.
