Aikido Thursday Night – 7/18/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Ukemi:

Full set for Laura. I managed to get about 2/3 of my preferred set in. Also did some rolls to standing for the first time in a long time. Willie arrived lateish.

Twice. Once at high speed.

Releases:

Laura and Willie did some work on the first from Kogure's Double-hand grabs.

Techniques:

Laura and Willie worked on Mae-otoshi and Tenkai Kote Hineri.
