Aikido Tuesday Night - 11/7/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Aikido players:

Adam, Laura, Willie, and James (a new student)

Ukemi:

Normal slaps and introduced James to rolls.

The Walk:

Twice, and then Laura and Willie worked with James.

Releases:

Laura and Willie worked with James.  Adam and I did some demonstrations at the end, but we ended up doing Yon Kata releases instead of normal ones.

Techniques:

Adam and I worked on his Koryu Dai San.  We had issues with: kneeling shihonage, and I think that's it.

I did some punch-the-dummy work with James and the other three.
