Aikido Tuesday Night - 11/14/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Aikido players:

John, Adam, Laura, and James

Ukemi:

Normal slaps and  rolls.

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Laura and Jame worked together.

Techniques:

Adam and I worked on his Koryu Dai San.  We had issues with: kneeling shihonage, knife kote gaeshi, standing kote kajiki, and the two standing mae otoshis.  No real issues with bokken work.  Not eonugh time to get the jo work in.
