Aikido Tuesday Night - 11/21/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Aikido players:

Normal slaps and  rolls.

Laura and Willie worked together.

Techniques:

Adam and I worked on his Koryu Dai San.  We had issues with: kneeling shihonage and knife kote gaeshi.  We did enough of these two techniques that my wrist complained for a couple of days.  I really do need to continue to police the number of reps I do on these specific techniques as uke.
