Basic stretches and a few falls for warm-up
Adam and I spent little bit of the class on Koryu Dai Yon. We each ran through two reps. We also worked on the jo section of Koryu Dai San. I had the usual problem on the usual technique on the jo stuff
Looks like the move to a different portion of the business park will be delayed and might be to a different spot than the one we saw last week. I guess we'll wait and see.
