Aikido Thursday Night - 4/27/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Techniques:

Adam and I ran through Koryu Dai Yon. Adam did much better this week than last.  He had issue with #8 (the counter to #1) and was not finishing it properly.  I got a bit of a sore wrist from working on it multiple times.

We also did the jo portion of San Kata.  That went fairly well.  I had issues with the attack for technique #5 in that series.  I had to work on it a bit.
