We really worked on releases all day today.  And mainly just 1 and 2.

The attack that Jeff and Gail use in their dojo is different than the one we use in ours.  Different intent, really.  Ours: uke is trying to steal your Rolex.  Theirs: uke is trying to pull you in range for a punch.
