Tim, Mario, and Dan

Ukemi:

Took none today.  Very bruised arm from Thursday

The Walk:

Not today.

Releases:

Mario and Dan worked on them for about an hour and a half

Techniques:

Mario worked on Gedan-ate

Dan worked on Ushir-ate

Commentary:

An awful long time spent on the releases..
