Aikido Saturday Morning - 3/21/15

Aikido players:

Tim, Mario, Dan, Marvin, Gail, and Diego

None for me, watched over everyone else.

The Walk:

Twice

I spent some time working with Diego on getting through the entire Walk

Releases:

I don't remember the pairings, I spent the morning working with Diego

Diego and I did the first two releases

Techniques:

Diego and I worked on Shomen-ate for about 45 minutes


Aftermath:

We got to start class at 10 a.m. since the sword swingers did not have their usual class.  We ended class at 12:40.  So, we got a little more time in than usual.
