Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 3/14/15

Aikido players:

Tim, Trey, Mario, Marvin, Dan, John, and Diego

Ukemi:

Got in most of a double set and watched over the others

Marion worked with Diego

The Walk:

Not today as a group, but Mario worked with Diego

Techniques:

Mario worked with Diego on Shomen-ate.  Trey and I had to jump in as Mario was a bit clueless today.

We talked about eyeflashes, committed ukes, staying involved with tori, giving appropriate reactions.
