Aikido Saturday Afternoon- 2/28/15

Aikido players:

Tim, Marvin, Gail, Dan, and Diego (and a potential new student, Rick)

Ukemi:

None for me, watched over everyone else

The Walk:

Twice as usual.  Did some individual work with Diego

Releases:

Circular releases.

Techniques:

Tim had me demonstrate a number of techniques for Rick with Marvin and Dan as uke.

I then worked with Gail on 11 and 8.

Dan and Marvin worked on 11 and I'm not certain what else.
