Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 6/7/14

Aikido players: Tim, Trey, Dan, Marvin, Mario, Gale, Al, David, and Emilie

Ukemi:

None for me, watched over the rest.

The Walk:

Twice, per usual.

Releases:

We worked on the first chain in Ki Harry.  Trey and I worked with Dan and with each other: criticizing each other mercilessly.

Techniques:

Trey and I did a little randori as a demonstration of Ki Harry.

We also worked on Koyu Dai Yon No Kata at the end.

Did some work with Gale on Oshi taoshi.

Aftermath:

Dead tired.  3.5 hours of aikido.
