Aikido Friday Night - 6/20/14

Aikido players:

Got a full set in.  Watched over everyone else.

The Walk:

Not today.

Releases and Techniques:

J.W. was in town for the weekend, so we played with the releases and working into the techniques.

The one I remember most vividly was working form the first release into hiki taoshi.  There's a little "casting" of uke's arm to destroy their structure at the shoulder.

Aftermath:

Got to see a Shodan certificate signed by Kenji Tomiki and Hideo Ohba.  It was signed by Tomiki in Octboer 1979, two months before his death
