Aikido Saturday Afternoon- 3/22/14

Aikido players: Trey, Dan, Marvin, Al

Ukemi:

Got in a full set before class.  Watched over everyone else

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Trey and I worked on release together.  We spent about 45 minutes picking each other apart.  Trye found about a 10th of a second discrepancy in some of my coordination.

Techniques:

Al worked on Gedan-ate, Dan worked on Gedan-ate, and Marvin worked on Waki-gatame
