Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 3/15/14

Aikido players: Trey, Dan, Mario, and Al

I managed to get a full set in.  Watched over everyone else

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Each green belt got a white belt to work with.

Techniques:

We did some work on Gedan-ate and other first set techniques.

Trey and I did some occasional work together on some of our stuff and kind of goofing around and seeing what turned up.
