Aikido Friday Night - 3/7/14

Aikido players:  Tim, Dan, Mario, John, Zach, and Al

Ukemi:

None for me.  Helped Al with his.  He's doing really well.

The Walk:

Twice, plus some more work with Al.

Releases:

Worked with Zach on his set.  Went really well.

Techniques:

Worked with Zach on Shomen-ate, Gyaku-gamae-ate, and Ushiro-ate.
