Aikido Friday Night - 6/10/11

None.  I was watching over Dan

The Walk:

Twice, as usual.

Releases:

I worked with Dan.  We spent about 30 minutes on the 5th release.  It was time well spent and he ended up much better than he started.

Techniques:

I worked with Dan on the outside the arm off-balance.  We worked on that a while and then turned it into #2 and #3.  After that, we did a couple of reps of Shomen-ate.
