Aikido Friday Afternoon - 11/26/10

Aikidoka:  Trey, Troy, and Dan. Due to the holiday weekend, we changed up our schedule to go in the afternoon instead of the evening.

Ukemi:  Light warm-up, watched over Dan

Releases: did some work on the chains or Ki Harry

Techniques:

We did some work on Merritt Stevens (sp?) defenses and contact-to-cuffs in 6 seconds situations.
