Aikido Thursday Night – 5/23/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Laura and Willie got their full sets in.

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

L and W did all of theirs. They worked backwards from 8 to 1.

Techniques:

Sumi-otoshi. Sumi-otoshi with big falls. It went extremely well. We brought out the extra blue mats and worked on them for peace of mind. I also had them throw one or two attempts at Kote-gaeshi. Then, to end the night without big falls: Shomen-ate.
