Aikido Thursday Night – 5/2/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Aikido players:

Laura, Willie and David. We have a new student!

Ukemi:

Working on a small section of the mat, I refrained. Full set for Laura and Willie. Introduced David to the lowest level of forward rolling, plus the usual warm-up slaps.

The Walk:


Twice. And then multiple times with David through the first 7 without hand motions.

Releases:

Full set. No Ki Harry.

Techniques:

I had Laura and Willie work on 6, 7, and 8. I didn't get to anything with David

Commentary:

So good to have new blood in the dojo. I wish I could figure out how to get more folks to at least come by.
