Aikido Tuesday Night - 12/5/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Techniques:

Adam and I worked on his Koryu Dai San.  It was pretty good, with the usual suspects being problems: kneeling kote gaeshi, kneeling shihonage.

Laura then uked for Koryu Dai Yon.

Commentary:

Had a bit of an issue with some precursors to migraines.  I was afraid I would not be able to make it through class.  I made it through one rep of the techniques and then went to the sidelines.
