Willie and Tabitha worked together.

Adam and I worked on his Koryu Dai San.  We did not really have too many issue.  Adam took it easy on my wrist on the troublesome techniques, so the techniques were not as solid as they could have been, but they were close enough that I took the throws to save my joints.

Adam and I then supervised the rest of W&T's workout.
