Aikido Thursday Night - 9/29/16 - Wasabi Dojo

Aikido players:

 John, Bao, Tabitha, Willie, Rodrigo, Sydnee, Brianna, and Irianna (two new students)

Ukemi:

Just the basic slaps, plus a few falls. Toward the end of class worked with Irianna and Brianna on how to do the basic slaps.

The Walk:

Twice.  Also did some introductory work with the new students.

Releases:

Worked with Bao briefly

Techniques:

Worked with the two new students on the basics of aikido: falling instead of stepping, hands in center, unbendable arm, etc.
