Aikido Friday Night - 1/9/15

Aikido players:

Tim, Mario, Marvin, Dan, and John

Ukemi:

I got in almost a double set, my shoulders were unusually stiff. Watched over everyone else.

The Walk:

Twice.  Once with a metronome app

Releases:

Dan and Mario spent quite a while.  Mario was very high strung tonight.

John and Marvin worked together

Techniques:

Dan and Mario worked on Mae Otoshi.  I got in there a bit as uke.

John and Marvin worked on 11-14.
