Techniques:

Jeff came down to work with us on ground work.  Pretty interesting stuff.  Maintain 3 points of contact if at all possible.

Aftermath:

Mario kneed me in the shoulder while we were working together.  It's going to take a while for it to get back to a non-troubling condition.

Went to lunch at a local Chinese place.
