Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 4/26/14

Aikido players: Tim, Trey, Dan, Marvin, Mario, John, and  Al

Ukemi:

I got a number of falls in while trying to get Marvin to recognize the difference between what he does and what we want to see.

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Oversaw Al and Mario.

Techniques:

Mario work with Al and they ran Al through the first 5.  5 good techniques on each side before moving on.

Aftermath:

We sang "Happy Birthday" to Dan.
