Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 10/12/13

Got a couple of rolls in

The Walk:

Twice, per the usual routing

Releases:

Worked with Zach on the first four releases.


Techniques:

I did some punch the dummy work with Zach, and then an intro to Shomen-ate.  He did pretty well.

Trey and I worked on some Koryu Dai San techniques: Oshi Taoshi, Kote Mawashi, and Uchi Tenkai Nage.
