Did left-sided falls.  Left ankle is still a little swollen.

Techniques:

We spent most of the evening taping  a video for new students, a study guide you might say.  We mentioned the strong position, did the Walk, Releases and the first 5 techniques of Ju Nana Hon Kata.

Now I just need to process the video and get it onto DVD.
