Aikido Friday Night – 4/5/19 – Wasabi Dojo/Clear Creek Aikido

Full set for the her. I got about 1/3 of my set in concentrating on left side. My solution for left side falls is confirmed: I'd been placing my hand perpendicular to my path of fall. Changing it to parallel to my path made all of the difference!

The Walk:

Twice.

Releases:

Full set. The first 4 were done using Ki Harry follow-ons. The last 4 were done normally.

Techniques:

We worked on Mae-Otoshi and Hiki-Otoshi.
