Aikido Friday Night – 10/5/18 – Clear Creek Aikido/Wasabi Dojo

Basic slaps and rolls tonight. I got a good portion of mine in, but watched over Laura as she was feeling a bit off. She then wanted to take some big falls.

Both made it through 5-8.

I had them start at 1 and work up. They made it through 1, 3, and 5.
