Aikido Friday Night - 9/14/18 - Wasabi Dojo

Ukemi:

Basic slaps and rolls tonight.  Fewer tweaked muscles on the students tonight, so we did rolls.

The Walk:

Three times.  Jeremy and I had some issues.  I blame it on being distracted, thinking ahead.

Willie and Jeremy worked on 5-8.

Techniques:

Jeremy worked on no. 3.  Willie worked on no. 10
