Aikido Tuesday Night - 8/21/18 - Wasabi Dojo

Ukemi:

No ukemi practice tonight.  All of the good mat is over in the new space, leaving just some 1" foam to fall on.   We did do the basic warm-up slaps.

Willie and Jeremy worked together.  When they got to the fifth release, Laura took Willie's place.

Techniques:

Laura worked on Ude gaeshi with me, and then went on worked on 2 and 3 with Jeremy.

Willie worked with me on Kote hineri
