Aikido Thursday Night - 10/5/17 - Wasabi Dojo

Aikido players:

Laura, Willie, and Anna ( a new student )

Ukemi:

Normal slaps plus intro to falling for Anna.

The Walk:

Twice with the full group.  I then did some work with Anna on the first six stones of the walk, just the footwork.  Came back to this at the end of class

Releases:

Laura and Willie worked on this.  Anna did not

Techniques:

Laura and Willie worked on a bunch of techniques and joined in with me on "punch the dummy" drills

Commentary:

A new student!  And we might have another one on Tuesday.
