Yon Kata 1-14 went well

San Kata (kneeling) : issues on 4, 5, 6, and 7

San Kata (standing) : issues on 3

San Kata (tanto) : lots of uke trouble : issues on 3, and 7

San Kata (bokken) : issues on 4

San Kata (jo) : issues on 1, 2, and 4

Commentary:

I took a lot of wrist work this evening.  It got fairly jacked up for a bit.  At one point my body said "lie down or you're going to faint."  Weird.
