Techniques:

I worked with Laura on Kote Hineri.

Adam and I did a little work on defensive bokken.

Commentary:

John and I had "lab" on Kote Hineri.  One of the approaches he teaches does not seem to attack the center, but is strictly an attack on a joint.  It causes me to want to do nothing but protect my arm and, essentially, counter the technique.
