Aikido Thursday Afternoon - 7/28/16

Aikido players:

Laura and a bunch of her classmates.  Class was at Aikido of Austin, a USAF dojo.

Ukemi:

A number of my regular falss, plus some of their backward rolls


Commentary:

Since this is not my normal style, I had no clue what they called what we were doing.  I got a good workout.  I had to sit in the hot tub afterwards.
