Aikido Saturday Afternoon - 11/29/14

Aikido players:

Tim, Trey, Mario, Marvin, Gail, Dan, Kim, and John

Demonstration day

The Walk:

The 4 folks did their walks.  We then did it again, as the first one was very rough

Releases:

Marvin and Dan, Gail and Kim

Techniques:

All four folks ran through their demonstration sets.  Most did very well.  They all received their promotions.
