Aikido Friday Night - 3/1/13

Aikido players: Tim, Troy,  Marvin, Gail, and Hossein.

Ukemi:

I did a full set of warm-ups, then watched over Hossein.

The Walk:

Twice as usual. 

Releases:

I worked with Marvin.  We got through all of them, relatively quickly.

Techniques:

Worked with Marvin on 3-step Oshi-taoshi and Ude-gaeshi  Footwork and blending with uke improved through the evening.  We made it through left and right side of Oshi-taoshi and through the right side of Ude-gaeshi.  Next time: left side Ude-gaeshi
