Wednesday workout
I seemed to work at lot harder on the elliptical and only burned 5 extra calories. Everything seemed tougher today.
Elliptical: 14 minutes, incline, level 3, 1.8 miles, 185 cal
Leg press (both): 2 x 15@110 lbs
Leg press (left): 2 x 15@80 lbs
Leg press (right): 2 x 15@80 lbs
Leg extension(both): 2 x 15@50 lbs
Leg curl (both): 2 x 15@40 lbs
Standard chest straight motion: 2 x 15@100 lbs
