Aikido - seminar.  A bunch of folks from Alabama, Killeen, Oklahoma City, and Houston working on Randori

Saturday:

Up too early
Blueberry muffins
Aikido seminar - day 2
Dinner with everyone at Bravo's

Sunday:

Sore. Lazed around the house most of the day
Breakfast and then back to bedFootball
